When I first wrote my article/review on “Podcasts for Photographers” last week, I included only podcasts that I have been listening to for a while. I had been familiar with this new (they’re only on their 56th episode) podcast, but at that point had only listened to one episode.

Now that I’ve listened to 5 episodes, I can readily and wholeheartedly add “This Week In Photography” to my list of Podcasts for Photographers. The hosts of “This Week In Photography” aren’t your average Joe-Podcasters. Alex Lindsay “has been involved in computer graphics for nearly 20 years” and spent many of those years working on the production Star Wars. As I’ve come to find, he travels very frequently and most recently was podcasting from Japan. Scott Bourne is the author of four books, an educator and a Adobe Certified Photoshop Instructor, as well as, an Apple Certified Trainer for Apple’s Aperture. The remaining contributors have worked for companies such as Apple, Adobe, and Yahoo and have all, I believe, published books. I’m quite impressed with the lineup they have and, though they seem to be notorious for corny jokes, the overall professionalism and information packed spirit of the podcast. So… Let’s add “This Week In Photography” or TWiP to my lineup of great podcasts for photographers.
